As soon as your payment’s cleared, we’ll start packing your order with care.

Place your order before 5pm Monday–Friday and we’ll normally dispatch it the next working day. Orders after 5pm, or over the weekend/bank holidays, will head out first thing the following working day.

Once it’s on its way, you’ll get a friendly dispatch email (with tracking if available) so you know exactly when to expect your new candles.

We don’t dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays, but we’re always back at it bright and early the next working day.
