Changed your mind? It happens to the best of us. Just shoot us an email and let us know. As long as the candle is unused, still looking cute in its original packaging, and you get it back to us within 14 days of receiving it, we’ve got you - full refund, store credit, or an exchange, whatever floats your boat.

(Your normal consumer rights are still 100% safe with us - if something arrived busted, wrong, or not as described, we’ll sort it properly.)

Before we begin:

​

  • You’ll need to cover the cost of sending it back (unless we messed up - then we’ve got the return shipping).

  • We’re not responsible for parcels that get lost or damaged on the way back, so please use tracked postage (and maybe a little bubble wrap love).

  • Don’t use the pretty product box as the mailing box - keep it safe inside another parcel so we can resell it.

  • Super important: don’t just ship it back without telling us first. Drop us a quick email with your order number and why it didn’t spark joy - makes everything way smoother.

Shipping costs? Unfortunately, those are non-refundable (both the ones you paid to get it and the ones to send it back), unless we sent the wrong thing or it arrived damaged.

​

Once your return lands back home and we’ve given it a little sniff test (kidding… mostly), we’ll whack that refund back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Did something happen?​

If your item(s) arrive damaged or broken, please email us with photo evidence within 48hrs of delivery, our standard Returns Policy is 14 days.

Easy peasy, no hard feelings, and the candle you actually love is still out there waiting for you.
