All of these partners are fully UK/EU GDPR-compliant and only get the info they need to do their job.

We won’t sell your data to third parties - promise. We might share with trusted partners like couriers (e.g., Royal Mail) or payment processors, but only what’s needed, and they’re GDPR-compliant too.

3. How Long Do We Keep It? Just long enough: 6 years for orders (tax/records), or until you ask us to delete it. Inactive accounts? We’ll wipe after 2 years.

4. Keeping It Safe Your data’s locked down with encryption, secure servers, and access controls. We’re committed to top-notch security, but no system’s perfect - if there’s a breach, we’ll notify you and the ICO within 72 hours.
